I recently bought a 2014 Toyota Highlander at Gresham Toyota. Jeff Scott and Ray Thompson were wonderful to work with. They weren't pushy, were informative with our options, and made sure that our first service was scheduled before we left the dealership. I would highly recommend family and friends to work with both of them when it came to buying new or used. Toyota makes a dependable car and Gresham Toyota offers great sales staff and experience. Jeff and Ray both worked to make sure I was pleased with my purchase. When the car that I wanted didn't offer one of the options I really cared about, they helped me get the option at an affordable price on the model I was purchasing. Overall, great experience.

From the first contact with the sales professional (Cameron) to Jim to the financing person (David), we felt as if they were there just for us! Cameron provided so much information about the new RAV4 vehicles we were interested in, very educated in every detail about the vehicles. He provided us with thorough information about each model and all options as well. Cameron was so personable, professional, patient and accommodating. Jim provided us with leasing and buying options and explanations of each and they both answered any questions we had and made sure we were getting the vehicle we wanted for a great price that we could afford! Shig Kobayashi and his team at Gresham Toyota were wonderful to work with in buying our new car. After talking with us and listening to what we needed in a vehicle, he showed us what we were shopping for and also made suggestions to other vehicles that would fit the bill (and pocketbook). Shig is knowledgeable, honest and works for the customer. If you're looking for a vehicle to purchase, I highly recommend you take a drive out to Gresham Toyota and ask for Shig. We did and are happy with the car, the price and the efficiency of the team that works there.

I found a 2007 Ford Mustang online at Gresham Ford. Did my research, pulled the car fax, knew the car. Secured my own loan through my credit union, was in the CUDL system and ready to go. All Lonnie had to do was hand me some paperwork to sign and give me the keys, his easiest sale. When he first asked for my social security number he said it was for homeland security and jokingly stated they had to make sure I want a terrorist. When I gave him my federal ID number, acceptable alternate number on their form, he came back and said he needed my SSN to enter into the CUDL system. Then he comes back 20 minutes later with my credit check. At no time did I give him permission to run my credit check. He took my SSN to make sure I wasn't a terrorist. He took it to retrieve my loan from the CUDL system he wanted to use. He did not have permission to run my credit! So, what had this done? In the big scheme of life, probably nothing. But, if you've ever worked on building your credit up from past mistakes you know how difficult it is to raise out even a couple of points. My credit was ran to secure the loan on May 27- dropped my credit score by 4 points. Lonnie ran my credit score on June 11th, fire a loan I already dropped my credit another 4 points. Eight points is not a huge deal, right? At my credit union, a score of 680 or above equals a rate of 4.2%. Below 680 is 9.45%. Eight points could mean alot. Thanks Lonnie.
